There are typically 5 reasons a customer has problems checking out and usually, some sort of brief explanation is given at the very top of the page when an order is not accepted. Those reasons are:

• Billing Address Is Incorrect: The billing address entered for your order must match the billing address that your credit card company has on file. If it does not match, your order will be rejected. If the billing address is different than the shipping address, it can be changed at the top of the Payment page - the page where you are asked for your credit card information.
  
• Wrong Verification Code: The three digit code on the back of your credit card near the signature line must be correct. If it isn't, your order will be rejected.
  
• Wrong Credit Card Type: We only accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We do not currently accept American Express credit cards. Also, prepaid credit cards that can be purchased at convenience stores will not work because their is no address verification system built into them.
  
• Insufficient Funds: Obviously, a credit card transaction will not be processed if there are not available funds in your account to pay for the order.
  
• Terms & Conditions box not checked: If you don't agree to the Terms & Conditions, your order will not be processed.

If none of these appear to be the reason your order was rejected, please call us at 407-442-6834 so that we can try to assist you in getting your order processed!

We have slashed our prices about as low as they can go. We are not even offering our frequent customers discounts right now. The only discount we are offering at this point is for the US Military, who put their lives on the line every day in order to preserve our way of life.

First off, it is important to note that nicotine, itself, has never been linked to cancer. It is simply the "fix" that smokers crave. The health benefits derived from vaping with an electric cig is due to the fact that you are not inhaling the 40+ cancerous substances and 4,000+ chemicals that are associated with the combustion of tobacco.

The e-liquid that was flavored to taste similar to the popular name brand cigarette is no longer allowed to be called "Marlboro" for legal reasons. It has been renamed (we're sure you'll figure it out!).
